MR. DEEPTESH GOVIND PATIL - Founder

He is one of the most known and loved face in private security guards business. he is an efficient businessman and dynamic person. he was born on 13th July 1990, in a small village named Khariavali in Wada Taluka of Palghar district. Mr.Patil studied hard and successfully completed his mechanical engineering, after that he started career as a security operator manager for near about four year in this professional. in 2015, he got golden opportunity to security industries, mr. Patil searched for detailed information about security business and tried to grasp more knowledge about it after having deep and big research in security business. he made a self agency decesion with support and cooperation of his father mr. Govindji Ziparu Patil who is popular leader and great social worker in wada taluka, palghar district.

He is a popular political leader as well as social worker in Wada Taluka. Wada industries struggles more problems eg. electricity, water, land, local community, workers, unions, Mr. Patil always help and solve all company related problems and full support to company and its progress. we emphasize always to compare our services with other security agencies, security companies and security providers when you selecting some security services need for.

WORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • BENEFITS - The salaries, bonus, leave, ESIC, Provident Fund etc. to our Security personnel will be paid by us. Your company will not be liable for any expenditure what-so-ever.
  • CALABRE OF OUR PERSONNEL: - We will provide ex-servicemen drawn from Army, Navy and Air force security personnel provided will be honest, smart, alert and well dressed at all times. Duties performed by our security personnel will be on 08 hours shift basis.
  • UNIFORMS - Ours personnel will be wearing the uniform or our ORGANISATION on duty.
  • PAYMENT - The company must pay the security service charged by 3 of every month, failing which an interest at the market rate will be charged for the pending bill. A deposit of equivalent to the two month bills for security personnel provided towards the recruitment, training and providing uniform etc., to our security Guard. The same amount shall be adjustment in the notice period.
